I also ensure that you progress towards your goals, whether weight loss, toning, shaping, conditioning or preparing for that special occasion or event.

 

Initial Consultation


 

Step 1. Telephone Call (free)

This call typically lasts around 15 minutes and helps me understand your specific goals, challenges and motivations. You can also use this time to explain any special requirements you have, alongside any medical information I should be aware of.

Step 2. Physical Examination

After the call, we can arrange for a 55-minute physical examination, which includes stationary and movement-based testing. This information is used to identify the starting point of your programme and prepare a personalised training plan that will get you to your goal.

 

 

Training Options

After your initial consultation, you will be provided with a training plan that includes either one or a combination of the training options below:

 

Private (1-to-1)

This is the perfect choice for those who would like the undivided attention of a fitness professional to help them progress towards their goals in the safest, most personalised and time-effective way.

I use a combination of cutting-edge Pilates, massage and resistance-based training to achieve superior results in the shortest time. I also try to pass my knowledge on so my clients can independently handle their health and well-being.

Often, clients start their journey with private sessions and then move on to a combination of private and online training, an excellent way to stay on track and motivated towards achieving long-term goals.

Online

This is an excellent option for those who would like access to fitness professionals' support and guidance while pursuing their goals independently.

Initially, we discuss the facilities and options available to you and work together to prepare a sustainable and effective training programme.

I then offer as much support as is required to help you stay on track and motivated towards achieving your goals. This comes in the form of regular planned updates to your training programme, supervised goal-setting and dietary advice.

You can also arrange periodic 1-to-1 sessions with me to check your progress and get a refresher on various exercises or aspects of your programme.

There are no geographical restrictions for online clients
